The Board of Directors proposed both cash & stock dividend of Tk. 2.00 (Taka Two) only per share and 5 (Ten) fully paid-up bonus shares for every 100 (Hundred) shares respectively for the year 2016-17. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
